California needs a resilient food system

California needs critical investments to enhance climate resilience in agriculture, ensure healthy food access, and safeguard the well-being of essential farmworkers. A bond is one way to ensure a steady source of investments to our food system infrastructure.

Last year, the Food & Farm Resilience Bond (AB 408) made it further in the legislative process than any other bond proposal. Additionally, it was the only bond proposal to receive bipartisan support.

Building a better California for YOU

Founded in 2021, the Food and Farm Resilience Coalition advocates for state policy funding to support a resilient and equitable food and farming system for California.

Regional and local food processing, farmworker safety,  healthy food access for all, and sustainable agriculture are just a few of the issues we advocate for.
